Today was a good day

Went shopping with Amy which provided me with some much needed retail therapy , I don't realise how much I needed it . I've been so logged up with work lately that my social life and quality time with my horses has been seriously lacking , it was nice to just destress and pretty much blow my cash on even more makeup and clothes ^.^ Eating wise I have been pretty good aswell ,  I allowed myself to have a small vanilla latte from costa's , don't even know the calories in there which scares me a little but I will make up for that with my water fast tomorrow , I caved in last night aswell and had two rice cakes which are 38 calories each so could of been worse I suppose ! And big woopee for me, Ive gone down a dress size ! still couldnt help but notice how i towered over everyone , being 5'11 can be so depressing sometimes >.<
