todays fast ?

technically today isn't over , but I have work in a minute and I don't finish untill half 11 tonight . I've had the most unproductive day ever .. woke up at 12 and sat on the internet for about two hours .... and now I'm waiting for my lift , I hate days like this when I wake up so late that the whole day is gone , just ate a chocolate raisin , I know its tiny but I still think it leaves a blemish on my water onkt fast today .... meh , maybe I will actually have some form of willpower tomorrow ! It doesnt help I've had the flu for the past week and it still hasn't gone , it will all be worth it in the end just wish this cold woul F off !
